A sixth-generation Cobb County native, Jim began his career at Harry Norman, REALTORS in 1999, where he quickly became the #1 agent in both dollar volume and units sold at the Marietta office and was a consistent top producer for nearly a decade.With more than $1 billion in career sales and multiple company-wide honors, Jim combines market insight with strategic leadership to empower agents and elevate service standards. He is also a three-time author and a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Jims dedication to his community is reflected in his extensive civic involvement. He co-founded the Cobb Preservation Foundation and the Marietta Welcome Center, and served as the first, and most recent, co-chair of the Marietta Pilgrimage Christmas Home Tour. He also served as board chairman of the Cobb Symphony Orchestra (now Georgia Symphony Orchestra) and founded the Proia Dance Project. He currently resides in Cobb County, continuing his lifelong commitment to growth, mentorship, and the greater Atlanta real estate community.
