Alvaro Azofeifa

Born in San José and raised in Uvita since 1996, Alvaro Azofeifa brings two decades of hands-on
experience, local knowledge, and entrepreneurial drive to his work in Costa Rica’s real estate
market.
His journey began early — helping out at his parents’ restaurant in Uvita as a child, where he
learned the value of service, responsibility, and building trust with people from all walks of life. At
18, he founded Uvita 360 and Wetfall Surf School — two of the town’s first adventure tourism
businesses — creating authentic, high-quality experiences for travelers. Through these projects,
Alvaro built long-standing relationships with boutique hotels and travel agencies throughout the
region.
In 2020, he transitioned into property management, overseeing multiple homes, renovations, and
vacation rental operations. That same year, his first real estate investment sparked a new chapter.
Since then, he has helped clients buy land, build custom homes, and successfully market
properties for sale — with a growing focus on high-quality homes in prime locations.
Alvaro also studied American Standard English professionally, allowing him to communicate
fluently and clearly with international clients. His background in branding, SEO, and digital
outreach helps him connect naturally with buyers who are not just looking for a property, but for a
more intentional way of living.
